About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead core accounting operations and ensure high-quality financial reporting. You'll oversee ledgers, month-end closing, cash flow, audits, compliance, and support management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets).
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow, intercompany payments, and overdue collections.
  • Lead year-end financial reporting and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with MFRS, SSM requirements, and internal controls.
  • Support budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

  • CA/CPA/ACCA with a Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 6–7 years' experience in Audit & Finance, incl. team lead exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards & month-end closing.
  • Advanced Excel; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills.
