Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop full-scale project plans.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing technology or related industry.
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity.
  • Coordinate project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client account strategies to achieve business goals
