Service Support Coordinator

Overview
The Service Support Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring smooth delivery and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns for clients. This position supports the sales team by managing campaign operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & Delivery
- Coordinate campaign requirements with clients, internal brand teams, media agencies, and creative partners.
- Prepare and distribute traffic instructions through the XR platform with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with Global Clearance teams to ensure all campaign materials meet compliance standards.
- Create, manage, and track production and distribution orders (e.g., encoding, captioning).
- Manage talent usage and rights information to ensure accurate documentation.
- Support campaign estimations, billing processes, and monthly reporting for billables.
2. Client Retention & Engagement
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign execution and support.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and added value.
- Partner with internal teams to implement strategies focused on strengthening client relationships.
3. Workflow Coordination & Collaboration
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely campaign execution across markets.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent service quality and delivery.
- Participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving workflow efficiency, client engagement, and campaign operations.
RequirementsExperience & Knowledge
- Prior experience in advertising, broadcast, campaign services, or related fields.
- Exposure to client servicing or account management, particularly in roles focusing on retention and engagement.
- Understanding of broadcast traffic procedures and campaign workflows.
Skills & Tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and systems (e.g., XR platform).
