Job Summary:

The Talent Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing, and coordinating Exclusive Talents for various campaigns, events, and shoots. This role ensures smooth talent operations, seamless campaign execution, and effective collaboration between talents, clients, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard diverse Exclusive Talents and Preferred Talents for campaigns, events, and productions.
  • Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of Exclusive and Preferred Talents for campaigns, events, and productions, while serving as their main liaison to ensure smooth onboarding and clear communication.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with talents to support engagement, retention, and consistent campaign involvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with clients, including all talent-related communications, scheduling, and on-ground coordination.
  • Act as the primary contact during events for Exclusive Talents, troubleshooting issues and ensuring professional handling of all interactions.
  • Coordinate all logistics for on-ground shoots and live events, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and smooth operations.
  • Source and manage creative professionals (e.g., videographers, photographers), and lead the creative process from briefing through to final content delivery.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between talent and production teams, particularly during live events, to maintain alignment and execution quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign trackers and documentation, regularly updating stakeholders with performance insights and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign status to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries within Xamble Group to support media activities when needed.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between talent management and internal teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, event coordination, or campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
  • Prior experience in working with high-profile talents, or influencers.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and talent agreements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and talents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience in managing live-streaming events or content production is an added bonus.
