- Design, implement and manage holistic internal talent management strategies and processes that support the management and development of the company's talent
- Manage Talent Pools, including the development of individual plans for top potentials and support development
- Develop measures and metrics to determine effectiveness and ROI of talent and organizational development programs and collect data for reporting
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of talent management programs
- Continue to evolve best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent development
- To succeed in the talent management lead role, you will need to have the ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree related to HR, Talent Management, and Organizational Development
- Preferably with 5–7 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong consultative and diagnostic skills with proven project management ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management and Change Management principles
- Strong interpersonal influence, presence, and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local market language
