Job Description:

  • Execute and perform daily routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance scheduled by engineer/executive in charge of Fats plant E&I Section.
  • Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a wide variety of industrial instrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature, position and water analysis.
  • Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all metering control instruments, diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.
  • Troubleshoot problems and breakdowns and provide recommendations for problem resolution; provide estimates to production side for repair, replacement, and installation according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation.
  • Some heavy lifting, climbing, carrying required in performance of job.
  • Keeps records, makes verbal and written reports of work performed.
  • Involve in several projects and complete projects in time.

Requirement:-

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electrical and Electronic, Instrumentation or Mechatronic engineering.
  • Good understanding of the technical and engineering philosophy.
  • Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisor and follow work rules

Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience with electrical or electronic equipment, however Fresh Graduates are also encourage to apply
  • Knowledge of process control fundamental.
  • Knowledge and experience in reading wiring diagram and understanding control drawing.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying and interpreting result from common electrical measurement instrument such as voltmeter, amp meter, ohmmeter and etc.
