  2. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships, verifying Halal certification and food safety compliance.
  3. Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and manage procurement contracts in compliance with Halal and food safety standards.
  4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  5. Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of goods to maintain food quality, safety, and Halal integrity.
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to forecast requirements.
  7. Ensure procurement is within budget and approved limits.
  8. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, food safety, and Halal compliance.
  9. Track and report expenditure related to purchases.
  10. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, SOPs, food safety regulations, and Halal standards.
  11. Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, deliveries, and Halal certificates.
  12. Follow regulatory standards for food safety, hygiene, licensing, and Halal certification requirements.
  13. Liaise with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to meet procurement needs.
  14. Report procurement issues, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors, including any food safety or Halal compliance concerns.
  15. Assist in preparing procurement reports for management review, highlighting food safety and Halal compliance status where relevant.
