Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing live broadcast room data to identify products and activity plans, conducting basic analysis, and providing feedback.
  • Developing scheduling and activity strategies based on analysis results, optimizing live broadcast scripts, and enhancing performance metrics.
  • Managing TikTok background, creating product groups and activities to boost live broadcast room sales.
  • Guiding and participating in monthly large-scale live broadcast activities for branded customers, overseeing scheduling and event setup.
  • Coordinating live broadcast script development, continuously optimizing content through data feedback to enhance audience engagement.
  • Conducting training and assessments for brand live hosts, ensuring proficiency in traffic handling, sales skills, and product knowledge.
  • Monitoring and analyzing speech skills of competitors in live broadcast rooms, extracting highlights, and applying them to the brand's broadcasts.
  • Overseeing live controller training and assessments.
  • Strategize and responsible to manage planning to achieve target monthly sales/GMV of the brand
  • Communicate and conduct meeting with clients and other internal department for performance review and task planning
  • Propose and analyze product strategies, conduct planning, market research, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Qualification

  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, E-Commerce or any related
  • At least 2 years' experience related to live stream operation
  • Manage complex situations, Planning and coordination, Optimize workflow, Collaboration, Effective communication, financially sensitive, Decision quality, Strategic thinking
  • Attention to Detail, Data Management, Analytical Ability, Decision Making, Problem Solving Ability, Brand Management
  • Bilingual fluency: English, Mandarin & Malaysia
  • Willing to work from office
