JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.
  • To handle basic company secretarial duties.
  • To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other statutory forms and incorporation of company.
  • Maintain and ensure that statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.
  • To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the Management from time to time.
  • Daily secretarial filings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILL)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written). The ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh Graduates with keen interest to pursue a career in Company Secretarial and has good learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Based in Puchong.
