Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing internal communications and correspondence.
  • Support daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflows.

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate office maintenance.
  • Handle bills, invoices, and license renewals with accuracy and timeliness.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for staff and management.
  • Help organize internal events, shoots, and client meetings.

Frontline Contact

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure a welcoming environment.

Support for Staff & Management

  • Provide administrative assistance to management and team members.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires and preparing related documents.

Record & Document Management

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date files, including reports, contracts, and studio records.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise with clients, vendors, and staff professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Confident using computer software — especially Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic admin tools.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Resourceful and quick-thinking when handling day-to-day challenges.
  • Bonus:
    Prior experience in creative industries or small teams is a plus
