Supervisor

  • Perform further services to customer at Fresh Market (Meat & Seafood Department) by cutting fish, poultry and meat.
  • Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.
  • Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.
  • Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.
  • Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates (all Fresh Market Departments).
  • Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback with proper coaching.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
  • No experience requires, training provided.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and/or Penang area.
