About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Operation Executive in our Subang Jaya, Selangor office. In this full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. Support sales & customers with quotations, specs & inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive product and solution sales.
- Prepare quotations, assist in pricing requests, spec sheet creation & assist in technical matching
- Match products to customer needs with support from internal team
- Coordinate closely with Operations & Technical Sales Support on deliveries, after-sales, and lead times
- Maintain accurate CRM records and order documentation
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
- Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Support sales activities including tender submissions and key account follow-ups
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English (verbal & written)
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales support, trading, or customer service (fresh grad with internship experience may also apply)
- Able to understand technical products and translate into customer quotations/specs
- Organised, responsible, and a proactive team player.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and quotation tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a growing SME environment
