Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in Clozette Group's business growth in Malaysia through strategic partnerships with key accounts, and new clients and agencies.

  • Establish and develop strong client relationships with a portfolio of key clients & agencies

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between key clients and internal teams

  • Secure business deals with persuasive proposals using market trends, case studies and solutions catered to clients' needs and requirements. Components for the proposal may include but are not limited to the following:

o Content marketing across multiple social platforms and formats

o Experiential marketing through social engagement and commerce

o Influencer engagement

o Physical or virtual event management

o Video production

  • Expand new business opportunities via areas like master contracts, developing new products & services

  • Work closely with our regional campaign, creative & production teams to ensure smooth implementation to achieve desired KPIs

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in key account servicing and digital media sales

  • Intellectually curious and passionate about digital media, including content, social and influencer marketing

  • A self-motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle multiple stakeholders

  • A problem solver who is not afraid of challenges and thrives in a fast-paced work environment

  • Candidates with prior experience in digital agencies preferred
