Role Description

This full-time Educational Consultant role is an on-site position located in Petaling Jaya.

You will be responsible for guiding and working with students and parents to provide educational advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with university partners and keeping up-to-date with the latest educational trends and admission requirements to better serve our students.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and advise prospective students regarding education pathways, programmes, universities and admission requirements
  • Reach out to prospective students and follow up from enquiry to application
  • Work with university representatives as part of your assistance to students
  • Work with a team of education counsellors to achieve enrolment targets

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both online and face-to-face
  • Fast learner, resourceful in researching information and able to grasp key information about various courses and education pathways
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work with monthly targets and be accountable for your own progress
  • Good command of English
  • 1-2 years of experience in the education industry is an added advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • While we do not require a specific degree for this position, many of our Education Consultants typically hold degrees in fields such as Psychology, Education or Business.
