Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands to grow awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality posts, videos, and updates for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design visuals and short videos using AI tools like Canva and Veed to produce professional, on-brand content.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize results and share insights with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align brand voice and messaging.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social data and insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple brands or industries.
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns (Facebook or TikTok).
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO and audience growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
