  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience.

  • Identifying Influencers: Researching and identifying key influencers in the relevant industry or niche who align with the brand's values and target audience.

  • Partnership Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing contracts.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborating with influencers to develop creative and engaging campaigns that effectively showcase the brand or product.
  • Content Coordination: Overseeing the creation of content by influencers, ensuring it aligns with the brand message and meets quality standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns, using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets allocated for influencer marketing campaigns and optimizing spending for maximum impact.
  • Compliance and Guidelines: Ensuring influencers adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements, and disclosing partnerships transparently.
  • Trend Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and influencer marketing best practices to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Graphic Design or any communications, E-Commerce/Marketing, Business and Public relations or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferably the incumbent specializes in Digital Marketing activities

· Required skills : Good social media copywriting and management
