SUPERVISOR/ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

  • Min 1year experience for management level in food and beverages field

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy

  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures

  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards

  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations

  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

  • Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, and resolving operations problems

  • Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information for labor, stocks

  • Posses own transport
