SERVICE SUPERVISOR (KLIA)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive and escort them to their table.
  • Provide menus and take orders for food and beverages.
  • Introduce customers to our brand and menu, including recommending the restaurant's signature dishes.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Handle bill payments.
  • Ensure tables are always clean and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with supplies such as napkins and tableware.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.

KITCHEN SUPERVISOR (KLIA)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare food and beverage menus according to defined standards and recipes.
  • Train kitchen staff on the menu and proper food preparation and handling methods.
  • Manage and control inventory while minimizing food wastage.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Assist in properly closing the kitchen following the station closing checklist.
  • Assist in overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members.
  • Promptly report any food quality issues or stock shortages to the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, dishwashing areas, and cold storage, taking immediate action to correct deficiencies and reporting issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff consistently follow uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager as necessary and related to your role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a casual dining restaurant.
  • Mature and possess strong leadership skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
