Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Contact & Appointment Setting

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to working professionals.
  • Introduce available Bachelor's and MBA programs in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Schedule consultation appointments (face-to-face) for further discussion.
  • Maintain consistent communication until the consultation is confirmed.

2. Consultation & Program Advisory

  • Conduct one-to-one consultations to assess candidates' academic background and career goals.
  • Recommend suitable programs and study pathways based on eligibility and interest.
  • Clearly explain course structures, duration, fees, and progression routes
  • Have the ability to address to candidates questions accurately confidently.

3. Enrolment & Follow-up

  • Guide candidates through the application and enrolment process.
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted and assist with registration steps.
  • Follow up with undecided leads to encourage enrolment decisions.
  • Achieve monthly student intake and conversion targets.

4. Database & Reporting

  • Update CRM or lead tracking sheets daily with call outcomes and progress status.
  • Submit weekly reports on leads, appointments, and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate information.

5. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Participate in recruitment meetings, info sessions, or online briefings when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years' experience in education sales / telemarketing / counselling / recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of UK education pathways is an advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls and appointments made weekly.
  • Conversion rate from consultation to enrolment.
  • Quality of candidate engagement and professionalism during consultation.
  • Monthly and quarterly enrolment targets achieved.
