Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and implement detailed project execution plans (PEP) for E&I works.
  • Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables aligned with client specifications.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to achieve project goals.

2. Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Ensure that all works comply with design specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when delays occur.
  • Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.

3. Budget & Cost Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control reports.
  • Approve and monitor material requisitions, variation orders, and progress claims.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure all works comply with company and client HSE policies.
  • Review and approve QA/QC documentation, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP).
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
  • Conduct progress meetings, presentations, and project updates.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong professional relationships.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on progress, cost, and issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation for testing, commissioning, and project handover.
  • Support project close-out, including as-built drawings and final documentation.
