Global Sales Manager (Fully Remote) - Baicells

This position involves working with a diverse range of 5G-related products—both large and small—serving different customer segments depending on product type. The role requires strong market insight and the ability to drive business across varied telecommunications environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand global regional markets.
  • Create and implement sales strategies, establish and manage sales channels, and take ownership of revenue achievement.
  • Coordinate with the company's product development direction to execute comprehensive operational plans that meet annual sales goals, including order volume, revenue, payment collection, and profit targets.
  • Conduct and lead market research on products, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective market operation strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with key partners and collaborate closely with headquarters' international marketing and regional management teams.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, conduct client visits, and organize technical exchanges when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Proven overseas sales experience in the telecommunications industry; familiarity with small cells, 4G/5G integrated base stations, CPE devices, and related technologies.
  • Candidates with existing operator-related customer networks are preferred.
  • Proficient in English for daily work and comfortable with frequent international travel.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, planning, execution, and customer service skills.
