Job Description

  • Prepare monthly branch sales data for manager meetings and other assistance as requested.
  • Provide administrative supports to sales: statement of account, dealer name cards, etc.
  • Prepare all sales campaign report.
  • Prepare
    Daily sales report& sales data analyse, salesman annual meeting when required.
  • Prepare monthly
    dealers project sales by models report.
  • Prepare weekly invoice sales summary
    report.
  • Prepare monthly stock valuation submit.
  • Compile competitor market feedback to sales planning.
  • Prepare monthly opened sales order reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and dealers/ subcom/ customer enquiries
    .
  • Issuance Purchase Order: signboards, vehicle spraying or other related marketing issues.
  • Issuance Purchase Orders to supplier invoice & submission all the suppliers' invoices.
  • Submission of office utility (phone electricity water petrol &Indah water).
  • Company business licence to head office for timely payments.
  • Update daily &monthly staff attendance/MC/late/EL &AL reports.
  • Checking on non-executive staff overtime claims.
  • Other staff welfare (uniforms, safety shoes, liaise with HQ for training staff .
  • Welfare of technicians (safety concern).
  • Perform ad-hoc duties.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Business & Administration

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • SAP System well verse within sales admin level

Competencies:

  • All reports submission within timely deadline.
  • Ensuring all reports 100% accuracy and no repetition work.
