  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Readiness for frequent field visits and hands-on experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while remaining flexible to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must be willing to travel and be on-call during off-shift hours, demonstrating dedication and commitment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct impactful site visits, deliver exceptional service, and provide vital engineering support.
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering Team and line managers to effectively address customer needs.
  • Maintain thorough engineering records, lists, and reports to ensure compliance with project timelines; actively monitor and resolve engineering issues.
  • Obtain necessary product approvals and conduct rigorous testing to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver engaging technical training on our products to end users, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.
