About the role
We are seeking an Admin Executive to join our team at Tako Advanced Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Bukit Beruang Melaka. As a full-time member of our office support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible of the company's overall document control and admin works
- Prepare invoices, and DO , and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Responsible documentation control in Quality management system and liaise with ISO audit.
- Responsible to handle monthly custom documents and and liaise with custom audit.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by managament
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
