About FA Controls Sdn Bhd:

Office based in Malaysia Central Region. You will be handling in all engineering activities mainly within Peninsular Malaysia, as a team member of FA Controls Sdn Bhd Automation team, providing our customers the best engineering services, automation proposal and solutions.

We specialize in robotics, mobile robots, control systems, drives, Vision AI and industrial AIoT equipment. We are seeking capable, dynamic, enthusiastic talented individuals to join our team and become among the early adopters of Industrial 4.0 technologies.

Job Highlights:

  • Specialization in Collaborative Robotics, SCARA Robots and Intelligent Automation Systems
  • Design and support of automation solutions across Malaysia
  • Comprehensive training provided in robotics, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Vision AI Model and physical AI projects (self-learning pick-and-place systems using UR AI Accelerator, vision cameras and sensors to drive cobot from Universal Robots)

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for all the engineering services activities in the Malaysia for all distributed products, automation customized machine and in house R&D system.
  • Execute engineering projects and tasks for machine building in software and hardware.
  • Communicate with customers on the support needs and requirements for the project.
  • Design application with our Artificial Intelligence of Things devices for clients.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives aimed at enhancing our automation solutions with emerging physical AI technologies.Support products demonstration for customers.
  • Identify application problems and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work within cross functional teams in the region, within Malaysia.
  • This position requires working diligently with the Sales Team and Marketing Team.
  • Reporting directly to Engineering Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge in architectural planning for automation frameworks.
  • Engineering expertise in PC-based, PLC, and HMI programming.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and web-based programming.
  • An interest or prior experience in robotics and AI is advantageous.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant resident status.
  • Possess a mature and pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
