What would you do?

  1. Project Documentation & Reporting

Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, status reports).

Update project trackers and dashboards to reflect progress and milestones.

  1. Deliverable Tracking & Coordination

Monitor deliverable timelines across multiple workstreams.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of deliverables.

  1. Meeting Support

Schedule and coordinate project meetings and discussion

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.

Distribute meeting notes and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.

  1. Risk & Issue Management

Log and update risks and issues in PMO registers.

Track mitigation actions and provide status updates.

  1. Communication & Stakeholder Support

Draft and circulate project communications (updates, reminders).

Act as a liaison between PMO and other teams for information sharing.

Support in preparing presentations for PSC.

Who should join us?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) is an advantage.

Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) preferred.

Analytical & Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking deliverables and identifying risks.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at different levels.

Soft Skills:

Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
