Job Responsibilities:

  1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
  2. Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and/or properties including proposing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet the Group's sales objectives.
  3. To monitor and track the sales process effectively in order for efficient sales closing and documentation within the timeframe set.
  4. Responsible to assist customers in obtaining the end financing needs as well as to arrange for the necessary sales documents to be executed by the customers with the Group's panel lawyers.
  5. Assist in organizing sales and promotional activities.
  6. To meet the Group's sales budget set by the HOD.
  7. Responsible in maintaining the condition of the sales office and/or show units at all times.
  8. Prepare sales reports to update immediate superior on a regular basis.
  9. Support the Marketing Executive in the implementation of marketing programmes.
  10. To attend to feedback/comments from purchasers during sales.
  11. Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.

Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience in property development industry or related field.

Good real estate market knowledge.

Possess good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude
