Job Descriptions:

· Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.

· Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, verify fixes, and validate new features.

· Collaborate closely with the software development team to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.

· Conduct regression testing to maintain product stability and prevent regression issues.

· Document and report defects, including detailed reproduction steps and root cause analysis.

· Proactively identify potential areas for improvement in the software development process and contribute to process enhancements.

· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide quality assurance insights and recommendations. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is mandatory.

· Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

· Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, defect tracking and reporting.

· Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.

· Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools is a plus.

· Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
