Position Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Engineer
to assess software quality through both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs and glitches. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that all deliverables are effective, reliable, and free of defects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
  • Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
  • Document testing phases and defects in detailed logs.
  • Report bugs and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

A. Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

B. Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing (preferred).
  • Experience in financial products, services, or banking is an advantage.
