Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms including MOQ, SPQ, PPV, and EOL clauses.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement with project requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (industrial electronics experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement terms (MOQ, SPQ, PPV, EOL) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Malay is an advantage for supplier communication.
