Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Manager based in Shah Alam. The Parts Manager will oversee inventory control, ensure efficient management of service parts, and maintain customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring stock, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the availability of necessary parts to meet service requirements. The role also involves collaborating closely with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure stock efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with managing and distributing Service Parts effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in parts and inventory management
  • Experience in the automotive or transport industry is an advantage
  • Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience are preferred
