About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and drive sales of new and used commercial vehicles, ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process from prospecting to delivery. You will also head the Commercial Crew team, working closely with Service Market and Parts Sales to maximize performance, manage used truck portfolios, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day sales activities for new and used trucks in Malaysia, including prospecting, customer management, sales closure, and delivery.
  • Lead the Commercial Crew team to secure key accounts, increase market share, and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate with sales executives to expedite delivery schedules and minimize aged inventory.
  • Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Support sales planning, core objectives, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and bodybuilders.
  • Adhere to Volvo's risk management protocols and policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in commercial vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of Volvo products and competitor offerings.
  • Understanding of local standards, regulations, and vehicle homologation policies.
  • Proficiency in English and strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
