Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Shah Alam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The role includes sales targets, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends to ensure business growth. The Sales Manager will work collaboratively with Head Of Sales to achieve overall organizational objectives while delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Knowledge of Market Research and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in the commercial vehicle industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
