Educators will be responsible to:

  • Prepare lessons and learning materials according to Melody Kindyland's Curriculum.
  • Provide learning experiences, facilitate children's participation in these experiences and respond positively and appropriately to their actions and reactions.
  • Provide children with space and opportunities to practice thinking skills.
  • Observe children's progression of skills and learning concepts, and assess additional needs or extensions.
  • Document children's learning through photos or videos to make the process of learning and development visible.
