Duties & Responsibility

  • To perform daily billing entries.
  • To maintain all accounting records according to existing policies and procedures.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques.
  • Meticulous in details and diligent.
  • Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and accounting reports, documentations and records.
  • To assist Branch Manager on products received or purchased by the respective partner(s).
  • Monitor payments and collections from Debtor(s).
  • Assist management team with ad hoc task(s).
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction(s).
  • Able to generate ad hoc reports when required.

Requirement

  • Female Only
  • Candidate to possess Basic Computing Knowledge.
  • Has basic accounting knowledge.
  • Has good interpersonal skill, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with less supervision.
  • Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in using UBS Accounting Software is an added benefit.
