KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS

  • Required to be experience at least 3years working with forklift servicing & repairing ie; battery, engine oil, oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, hose & pump, starter & alternator, wheel & knuckle, etc.
  • Must be able to work with plumbing, water pump servicing, & steel work such as: oxy-cutting, TIG & MIG Welding, fabrication, etc.
  • Oversee & perform facilities PM work such as forklift, overhead crane, elevator, pump house, compressor, air condition, toilet, building, CCTV, fire system.
  • Implement daily machineries and facilities preventive maintenance checklist and report to immediate superior or engineer if abnormality found.
  • Communicate and work together with superior or engineer if machineries problem unable to solve.
  • Updating superior or engineer of spare parts low stock availability.
  • Completed the undersign audit findings report with a proper closure.
  • Request and record for machine spare part and general material at Services store.
  • Participate & involvement in ICC activities.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by SERM /GM/CEO.
  • Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001(quality), ISO occupational safety and health), ISO environment) requirements and its objective are complied.
  • Ensure safety, health and environment standards are being comply.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and involvement in 6S activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
