Responsibilities

  • Receptionist duties

  • Manage incoming calls

  • Manage mails & couriers

  • Manage visitors

  • Ordering of stationaries

  • Verification of invoices

  • Facility administration

  • Manage facilities related contract

  • Schedule for routine services (i.e. beverages, photocopier, fire protecion systems, etc.)

  • Manage onsite contractors

  • Engage contractors for repair jobs.

  • Administrative support for HR related activities

  • New Hiring processes (i.e. employees pass, PPE, laptop, etc.)

  • Off-boarding processes (i.e. collection of return items, etc.)

  • Any other duties assigned by your Manager

Basic Qualifications

· Diploma with minimum of 1-2 year's experience

· Proven customer service skills and computer literate

· Responsible and reliable with integrity

· Highly adaptable and great sense or teamwork

· Willingness to learn new skills and open to development

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
