Responsibilities
Receptionist duties
Manage incoming calls
Manage mails & couriers
Manage visitors
Ordering of stationaries
Verification of invoices
Facility administration
Manage facilities related contract
Schedule for routine services (i.e. beverages, photocopier, fire protecion systems, etc.)
Manage onsite contractors
Engage contractors for repair jobs.
Administrative support for HR related activities
New Hiring processes (i.e. employees pass, PPE, laptop, etc.)
Off-boarding processes (i.e. collection of return items, etc.)
Any other duties assigned by your Manager
Basic Qualifications
· Diploma with minimum of 1-2 year's experience
· Proven customer service skills and computer literate
· Responsible and reliable with integrity
· Highly adaptable and great sense or teamwork
· Willingness to learn new skills and open to development
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
