What you'll be doing?- Support the Marketing Manager: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and achieve business and brand objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure all branding materials are consistent and aligned with the brand guide across all platforms.
- Marketing Program Execution: Lead the preparation, launch, and execution of marketing programs, collaterals, and activities for assigned projects.
- Branding Opportunities: Source and explore branding opportunities in ATL, online, BTL, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Market Intelligence: Regularly collate market intelligence information to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
- Strategic Planning: Brainstorm and contribute ideas during marketing activity planning to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Budget Management: Plan and work within the budget of assigned marketing campaigns/projects.
- Postmortem Reports: Prepare postmortem reports after each campaign to evaluate effectiveness and key learnings.
- Data Analysis: Support reporting and decision-making processes with data analysis and presentations.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Learning Mindset: A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of brand marketing experience in the consumer products industry, preferably FMCG.
- Digital Savvy: Aware of the latest marketing, social media, branding, and e-commerce trends.
- Strategic Thinking: Possess strategic thinking and insights-driven skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong command of English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure, and possess good multitasking and time management skills.
