Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Monitoring Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networks, servers, and operating systems, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires individuals who can work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge of various network, server and operating systems is preferable
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess effective communication skills with good command of English language both in written and spoken
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive work attitude and be able to work independently
  • Applicants must be willing to work 12 hours shift (rotation of 4 days work and 4 days off)

Value added if the candidate has :

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, etc.)
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
  • Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, MPLS) would be added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and network security best practices.
  • Experience with network performance analysis tools and techniques.
