Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage company documents such as Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and other administrative files.

  • Update and maintain daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.

  • Organise and manage filing systems, customer data, and company records.

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist with coordination tasks.

  • Ensure all documents, records, and office systems are well-organised and up to date.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing.

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.

  • Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,200 (depending on experience)

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
