About the Role

You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Kipinä Programme across all age levels. You'll guide, coach, and inspire teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring that our high-quality, play-based learning philosophy shines through every classroom.

You will:

  • Oversee curriculum planning and classroom implementation across the school.
  • Lead classroom management and programme quality audits.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Support teacher recruitment and academic resource planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal to uphold and enhance Kipinä's educational standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with some leadership or mentoring background.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (native-level proficiency preferred).
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic international preschool.
