Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced service crew to join our growing team at Baker's Cottage; a well-established café/ restaurant known by its own signature Roasted Chicken and variety of cakes and pastries. As the crew , you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring high-quality of food and service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting from RM1,700 per month

Expected hours: No less than 45h per week

Requirements:

  • Language : Bahasa Melayu (required), English
  • Minimum education Diploma
  • Fit and healthy with a strong mindset
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent in communication and customer service skills
  • Problem solver with technical proficiency skills
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations including cost control, inventory, and customer service standards.
  • Able to work on weekend, public holiday and peak hours.

Working Schedule:

  • Morning shift : 8am - 4.30pm
  • Noon shift : 2pm pm
  • Middle shift : 12pm - 8.30pm
  • Offday : 1 day on weekday
