Job Description :

Annually / Quarterly

  • Liaison with auditors/ valuers/ tax agents during annual audit.
  • Review reports in relations to audit/tax/valuation purposes.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements while maintaining the integrity of financial systems.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Preparation for quarterly reporting & analysis, not limited to slides preparation but other information in relation to quarterly announcement.

Monthly

  • Review monthly closing of management accounts, to ensure the closing by 12th of following month.
  • Ensure the timely submission of monthly reports for management review and to Group Finance for consolidation purpose.
  • Monitoring the financial performance of company by comparing Actual result vs. Budget report
  • Preparation for the estimation of tax computation, ultimately to ascertain whether there is a need to revise the tax installment.
  • Compilation of group Cash Flow Projections.

Daily & Others

  • Ad-hoc assignment(s), i.e ad- hoc reporting whenever is necessary.
  • Review Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirement :

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Words, Power Points).
  • Good in commercial email/ business letter writing in both English and Mandarin.

  • Hands-on with accounting system.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard.
  • Possess good supervision and communication skills.
  • Minimum Accounting Degree or equivalent qualification (CPA, ACCA, MIA) etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in audit firm and commercial industry preferably in food & beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Understand & familiar with Accounting Principles/MFRS and IPO listing.
  • IPO experience is essential
  • A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within the timeline.
