LOCATION - KAPAR, KLANG

Job Description

Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks. Oversee and manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Handle import and export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure

smooth clearance of goods.

Plan and arrange transportation for goods delivery to customers.

Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications for vehicle permits.

Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international

standards

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of operational activities.

Generate regular reports on operational performance for management review.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in Shipping

- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (or equivalent)

- Good self motivation, time management and able to work independently

- Able to withstand stress at any circumstances.
