The Role
Core Mission

  • Provide data-driven consulting solutions, business analysis, and strategic recommendations to help clients solve complex business problems.
  • Drive cross-department and cross-regional collaboration to support both internal strategies and client project success.
  • Offer constructive insights at both company and client levels to promote organizational growth, business optimization, and digital transformation.

Your Impact

  • Participate in client strategic consulting projects and independently complete market research, data analysis, business modeling, and solution design.
  • Deliver actionable strategic recommendations and implementation plans to support client decision-making and business optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and streamline internal processes to ensure project efficiency.
  • Support the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, international expansion, and process optimization.
  • Draft and review client consulting reports, internal strategic memos, and communication materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Build effective communication channels with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Travel to client sites when necessary to support project implementation, research, and strategic discussions.

Ideal Profile
What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably with client-facing project experience in tech, software, or internet industries.
  • Proven ability to conduct strategic research, business analysis, and data modeling to generate insights for clients and executives.
  • Understanding of digital strategy, business operations, and process optimization; capable of driving cross-functional improvements and client implementation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; able to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and client teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex consulting projects simultaneously.
  • Highly execution-driven and adaptable, able to stay agile and solution-oriented in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English (primary working language) with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Willing to work flexibly across time zones to support collaboration between U.S. and China teams.
  • B1/B2 visa holders or candidates with U.S. travel experience preferred.
