What You'll Do
  • Undertakes tasks in performance and approval on all Rakyat Xclusive transactions, handling file management and maintenance, and providing general branch operation support. Handle daily task and activities regarding to Rakyat Xclusive Operations and Control, end of day closing, and assist the Centre Manager on any task required as and when needed.
  • Carry out all branch administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
  • Accept, process, and approve transactions (deposits, withdrawals, Remittances, ANSB and any other products launched by the Bank) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform balancing and end of day closing and ensure the task to be done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the branch and customers
Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements for Financial Advisory Roles:

  • Education: Bachelor in Banking, Business Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Finance related fields with CGPA of 3.25.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years as Bancassurance Officer, or Retail Banking Officer.

Bonus Points for Wealth Management Professionals:

  • Professional certifications (CIFP, IPCC, CFP, ChFC, CLU)
  • Experience in Islamic banking, Shariah-compliant products, portfolio management, or private banking
  • Multilingual capabilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialects)
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge (Securities Commission, BNM guidelines, IFSA 2013)
