A. Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to identify new information of customer & conclude situation of customer in securing the payment.
  • Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning.
  • Responsible to keep customer information safe.

B. Requirements

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates also be considered, as a proper on the training will be provided.

C. Experiences and Knowledges and Skills

  • At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in debts collection / credit companies.
  • Preferred Male and have valid driving license.
  • Communicate effectively with various types of customer in a professional way without personal feelings influencing the process.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • To identify, locate and investigate accounts which are difficult to secure payment via telephone calls.
  • To create awareness among customers to make prompt payments as agreed.
  • Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (For reporting purpose).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Willing to outstation
