A day in the life at Seiko…

• Coordinate and manage daily operations by planning workflows, tracking progress, and optimizing resource use through digital tools to ensure smooth execution and on-time project delivery.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination by managing sourcing, deliveries, and supplier compliance to maintain quality standards and uninterrupted material flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders by facilitating clear communication and issue resolution to align efforts and support seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report operational performance by tracking performance goals, identifying improvement areas, and supporting expense monitoring to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance and documentation readiness by maintaining ISO and regulatory standards in audits and records management to uphold operational integrity and sustainability.

Prerequisites:

• A background in STEM, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Engineering Management.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and discipline.
