Admin & Customer Support Executive

Full-Time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Admin & Customer Support Executive to support our daily operations. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with administrative tasks, and help coordinate basic digital activities. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups, updates, and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems regularly.
  • Manage online listings, product information, and basic system updates.
  • Support digital marketing tasks, including content posting, social media handling, and online promotion execution.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in cross-department coordination to understand how customer service, marketing, and operations work together.
  • Apply problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our system.
  • Manage online listings, product info, and simple system updates.
  • Support digital marketing tasks (content posting, social media updates, online promotions).
  • Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Confident, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Basic Canva skills are an advantage.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
