About the Role

Asia Retail Academy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Research Intern to support our marketing initiatives, content development, and market research activities. This role is ideal for students who are eager to gain real industry experience, build strong professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and data collection.
  • Support the development of marketing content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Create basic visuals, posts, and reports using provided templates or design tools.
  • Help monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Support administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination for marketing projects.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and training-related materials.
  • Contribute ideas and provide feedback to improve marketing content and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and research work.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to work independently, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with Canva or basic design tools is a bonus.
